Add missing statuscodes from StatusCode.csv

Add conversion from UA_StatusCode to human-readable string message. Fix #847

Add unit test for UA_StatusCode_msg and add to example

Add Opc.Ua.StatusCodes.csv for UA_StatusCode_msg
