#1 Restriction to mongo collection

tanja wants to merge 4 commits from tanja/restriction_to_collection into tanja/master

Restriction to mongo collection now happens in the constructors of the classes db_migration.ParseMapping and db_migration.MigrationCleaning. Also these classes now except lists of mongo collections in migration mappings. Previous functionality should have been preserved.
