Renamen UA_Server_attachMethod_toNode to UA_Server_setAttribute_method; added UA_Server_getAttribute_method; Replaced attribute getter|setter functions with aliases to UA_Server_get|setAttributeValue (which is now manditorily exported).

reinserted lost attachMethod_toNode, removed exported UA_Server_setAttributeValue and replaced it with attribute-specific macors (UA_Server_setAttribute_browseName...); added UA_Server_get|setAttribute_DataSource.

Created missing serverside API calls for creating and deleting all nodetypes. Clientside API calls was matched (symmetry) to the call structure of the server API. Tutorial on adding nodes was started (WIP).

Created UA_Server_getNodeCopy and UA_Server_deleteNodeCopy to allow userspace function to get detailed information about a node (references, strings, classInfo...). Both functions are using void **ptr to reference the node, since the node structs are currently not part of userspace.
