Renamen UA_Server_attachMethod_toNode to UA_Server_setAttribute_method; added UA_Server_getAttribute_method; Replaced attribute getter|setter functions with aliases to UA_Server_get|setAttributeValue (which is now manditorily exported).

Created missing serverside API calls for creating and deleting all nodetypes. Clientside API calls was matched (symmetry) to the call structure of the server API. Tutorial on adding nodes was started (WIP).

UA_Server_add<Type>Node now takes an additional argument to return the nodeId of the actually created node, allowing userspace functions to create hierarchic instances of objects. Fixed an error in addMethodNode that prevented dynamic methods having arguments when using NODEID_NUMERIC(x,0).
